If you (“you” or “buyr”) are using the RapidBuyr LLC (“RapidBuyr,” also referred to as “we” or “us”) website (the “Website” or “Site”) and/or have decided to purchase a product or service on the RapidBuyr Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not or cannot agree to these Terms, please cease using this Site and/or do not proceed with your intended purchase. Thank you for your business and we hope you are a repeat buyr!
Upon fully completing the RapidBuyr Registration Survey, new RapidBuyr users are credited $10. This credit must be redeemed in the form of a RapidBuyr gift card.
In order to redeem the $10 gift card, users must navigate to “My Account” > “Account Settings” > “My Rewards” and click the “Claim Reward” link on the $10 gift card tile. This will automatically create a gift card number that can be found at the bottom of the “My Rewards” page.
When purchasing, please copy and paste the gift card number into the gift card field during checkout, located under "Payment Options" – the gift card field is not the same as the promo code field. RapidBuyr gift cards can only be used at the time of purchase in the gift card field during checkout.
You may check your RapidBuyr credit at any time by going to “My Account” > “Account Settings” > “My Rewards.”
RapidBuyr gift cards cannot be retroactively applied to a completed purchase. RapidBuyr gift cards can only be applied to deals purchased directly from the RapidBuyr site. This excludes any RapidBuyr deals that include a “Go” or “Get Offer” button and/or Amazon Checkout.
RapidBuyr Reward points do not have a cash value and so they are not refundable for cash, except where required by applicable law. Resale of the RapidBuyr gift cards is strictly prohibited.
Your RapidBuyr gift cards cannot be combined, co-mingled or otherwise merged with other RapidBuyr gift cards in any other RapidBuyr account whether registered to you or not. Unauthorized or fraudulent use, resale, acquisition or distribution of RapidBuyr gift cards is prohibited.
RapidBuyr reserves the right to cancel, refuse or revoke a gift card if it suspects such unauthorized or fraudulent use and/or if we mistakenly credit your account with RapidBuyr gift cards.
Gift cards applied to orders that are later refunded may be refunded back to the customer’s account at RapidBuyr’s discretion. Gift cards will never be refunded for cash value.
