If you (“you” or “buyr”) are using the RapidBuyr LLC (“RapidBuyr,” also referred to as “we” or “us”) website (the “Website” or “Site”) and/or have decided to purchase a product or service on the RapidBuyr Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not or cannot agree to these Terms, please cease using this Site and/or do not proceed with your intended purchase. Thank you for your business and we hope you are a repeat buyr!
Once referred via Facebook, Twitter or email, RapidBuyr will give you RapidBuyr Reward points worth 5% of all your friends’ gross purchase totals on RapidBuyr.* You may use those RapidBuyr Reward points towards any RapidBuyr purchase. Just think – you could be getting RapidBuyr products at even better discounts by signing up as many friends as you can!
How it Works: Refer a friend and you will get RapidBuyr Rewards points worth 5% of your friend’s gross purchase. For example, if your friend pays $100 for a RapidBuyr product, you will get 5 RapidBuyr Rewards points.
How to Refer Friends: Create a RapidBuyr account and log in or log in to your existing RapidBuyr account. Navigate to any RapidBuyr product and click the “Share this Deal” button to share a specific deal via Facebook, Twitter or email or navigate to www.rapidbuyr.com/refer-a-friend.htm to share the RapidBuyr site via Facebook, Twitter or email.
When one of the above processes occurs, the purchaser is recorded as your friend. RapidBuyr will know that you have sent the new customer to RapidBuyr.com when your friend buys from RapidBuyr. Please note that RapidBuyr Refer A Friend is a cookie-based program. Referred friends must keep this cookie in their browser in order for points to be credited and continue to be credited to the original sharer or referrer.
How to Benefit: If a referred friend makes a purchase, your account will be credited with the appropriate amount of RapidBuyr Rewards points. Points awarded could take up to 48 hours to appear in your account. Once they appear in your account, they can be used to get a discount on your next RapidBuyr purchase. These points can be found under “My Account” > “Account Settings” > “My Rewards” and must be redeemed as a gift card.
How to Redeem: To redeem RapidBuyr Rewards points as a gift card navigate to “My Account” > “Account Settings” > “My Rewards” and click the “Claim Reward” link on the tile that closest fits the amount of points you have. This amount must be equal to or lower than the amount of RapidBuyr Rewards points you have. This will automatically create a gift card number that can be found at the bottom of the “My Rewards” page.
Please copy and paste the gift card number into the gift card field during checkout, located under "Payment Options". Please note: the gift card field is different from the promotional code field.
RapidBuyr Reward points under the Refer A Friend program can only be earned on deals purchased directly from the RapidBuyr Site. This excludes any RapidBuyr deals that include a “Go” or “Get Offer” button and/or Amazon Checkout.
*5% excludes shipping costs and is based on the gross total after any applied discounts including gift cards and promo codes. Points awarded could take up to 48 hours to appear in your account. Refer a Friend Rules:
1. You must have a RapidBuyr account to be eligible to participate in the RapidBuyr Refer A Friend Program.
2. To be eligible for RapidBuyr Rewards points, you must use your RapidBuyr account to share with your friends.
3. RapidBuyr Rewards points will accumulate with each referred friend’s purchase. The friend(s) must be new RapidBuyr customers who are purchasing a deal from RapidBuyr for the first time and creating an account with RapidBuyr for the first time.
4. RapidBuyr Reward points under the Refer A Friend program can only be earned and used on deals purchased directly from the RapidBuyr Site. This excludes any RapidBuyr deals that include a “Go” or “Get Offer” button and/or Amazon Checkout.
5. Friends must initially link to RapidBuyr via the special URL in a referred email, Twitter post or Facebook post for their purchases to be eligible for RapidBuyr Rewards points under the Refer A Friend Program.
6. RapidBuyr Reward points are rounded down to the nearest whole dollar amount. Any unused RapidBuyr Rewards points will expire two (2) years from the date the RapidBuyr Rewards points are issued, except where expiration of reward points is prohibited by law, in which case they do not expire. RapidBuyr will make reasonable efforts to give you reasonable notice before your RapidBuyr Rewards points are about to expire.
7. You may check your RapidBuyr Rewards points at any time by going to “My Account” > “Account Settings” > “My Rewards.”
8. RapidBuyr reserves the right to terminate or change the Refer A Friend Program or the RapidBuyr Rewards points program at any time, without prior notice to you. You will be able to retain and use the RapidBuyr Rewards points in your RapidBuyr account that have accrued up to the date of the termination of the program.
9. RapidBuyr Rewards points must be redeemed as a gift card. They must be redeemed at time of purchase in the gift card field in the shopping cart (the gift card field is not the same as the promo code field).
10. RapidBuyr Reward points cannot be retroactively applied to a completed purchase.
11. RapidBuyr Rewards points do not have a cash value and so they are not refundable for cash, except where required by applicable law. Resale of the RapidBuyr Rewards points is strictly prohibited.
12. RapidBuyr Rewards points are not returnable or refundable for cash, except where required by law. Resale or transfer of RapidBuyr Rewards points is strictly prohibited. Your RapidBuyr Rewards points cannot be combined, co-mingled or otherwise merged with other RapidBuyr Rewards points in any other RapidBuyr account whether registered to you or not. Unauthorized or fraudulent use, resale, acquisition or distribution of RapidBuyr Rewards points is prohibited.
13. RapidBuyr may cancel, revoke or otherwise prevent the issuance of RapidBuyr Rewards points if we suspect any unauthorized or fraudulent use and/or if we mistakenly credit your account with RapidBuyr Rewards points.
14. Refer A Friend Program not valid on mobile devices.
